Blue Ridge Community & Technical College Celebrates New Building

Hastings+Chivetta Architects, in collaboration with Bastian & Harris Architects, designed the first new building on the new campus of the Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. This building is Phase I of the Master Plan also prepared for the College.
