Hastings+Chivetta was chosen by John Brown University to design their new $8 million Engineering and Construction Management Building. The 40,000 sf facility will be dedicated to offices, classrooms and labs and will be designed for future expansion.

The University of Kentucky has selected Hastings+Chivetta, in association with Murphy+Graves of Lexington, to design the $12 million CAER Laboratory Building #2 project. The two-story, multi-discipline facility will contain a variety of highly specialized labs and offices and will be designed to LEED specifications.

After completing a Master Plan and Phase I Dining Hall project, The College School retained Hastings+Chivetta for conceptual design of their Multipurpose Theater Renovation. Located off the existing gym, this space will include a stage for performances and a climbing wall for recreational activities.
