Murray State Holds Dedication for New Chemistry Building

Murray State University held a dedication ceremony for the new Jesse D. Jones Hall Chemistry Building, the second phase of a new Science Complex designed by Hastings+Chivetta. The Phase I 67,000 sf Biology Building was completed in 2004. The $25 million Chemistry Building houses state-of-the-art teaching and research labs, instrumental analysis labs, a chemical stock room, classrooms, a lecture hall for 144 students, lounges and offices.
