Mattie Radke Rogers

Associate | Project Architect

Mattie joined our graphics team in 2020 as a junior architectural designer, developing graphics for client presentations.  Most recently, Mattie completed and passed the Architectural Registration Exam and is a licensed registered architect in the State of Missouri.  As project architect, Mattie will apply her architectural knowledge and training related to health, safety, and welfare, as well as project and team management in all phases of project delivery.  Mattie discovered a talent for both math and art as a child, and pursued architecture so she could have a career that married the creative aspect of design with the knowledge and technical execution of building. Outside of work, Mattie enjoys photography, cooking, and baking, and lives by the motto “While you can’t always control what life throws at you, you can control how you react to it.”

  • What's the best vacation you've ever had? My honeymoon to Estes Park, Colorado.
  • What's your favorite book? I can't choose just one, but I tend to read a lot of fantasy novels. I'm currently reading a lot by Terry Pratchett.
