Executive Office Renovation

McElroy Manufacturing, Inc. asked Hastings+Chivetta to renovate a new manufacturing facility they purchased to add Class A executive offices and expand capabilities. The new facility houses two floors of offices for the company president, executives, human resources and accounting. The offices are complete with wood finishes, quartz counter tops and porcelain tile floors. The offices lead out to a mezzanine that overlooks the manufacturing area. An executive conference room is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology capabilities including a drop down video screen, flat screen TVs and seating for 24. The exterior of the concrete str ucture was updated to reflect the company’s branding. The two-story glass entrance was retained, and the remainder of the lobby was refinished. Hastings+Chivetta also provided an exterior building envelope assessment that included recommendations for precast concrete wall panel repairs, aluminum storefront repairs, and roofing replacement. In addition to the renovation, Hastings+Chivetta provided the company a corporate master plan for all their manufacturing facilities and offices around Tulsa.
