Student Health Center

Designed by Hastings+Chivetta, the new Student Health Center at UNLV incorporates a range of student services.  Located within the new Recreation Center, the three-floor Health Center has a separate, secure entrance to allow for separation in building functions.

The Departments of Student Health Services and Student Counseling & Psychological Services provide prevention, assessment and health education programs. On the main level is the reception and waiting areas, a licensed pharmacy, health education classroom and medical records storage. The second level houses a fitness assessment laboratory, therapy/biofeedback space, a licensed lab, exam rooms with nurse station, a conference room, employee break room and offices for physicians and other professional staff. The third level is the counseling suite for both private and group therapy.
