Saint Louis University breaks ground on New Residence Hall

Saint Louis University broke ground Thursday on the Hastings+Chivetta-designed New Residence Hall. The residence hall, which will be located at Laclede and Spring avenues, will be eight stories, 153,000 SF and will house 450 students in single and double-style rooms.

The residence hall is the first of two new towers for the university. The second – also a Hastings+Chivetta project – is in design now.
