University and Industry Partnership Fosters Research

Construction is progressing smoothly for the GE Aviation EPISCENTER (Electrical Power Integrated Systems Research and Development Center) at the University of Dayton. Slated for completion this summer, the EPISCENTER is made possible through a partnership between the University of Dayton and GE Aviation to foster cutting-edge science and research for the aerospace industry. Identified as one of seven “Hubs of Innovation” by the Governor of Ohio, the Center will house state-of-the-art labs for GE Aviation researchers in partnership with University of Dayton students.
